These high-quality filter mats are specially designed for strict air cleanliness requirements, for extracting paint mist within paint spraying cabins or paint shops. The mat is constructed of an uncoated, elastic glass fiber web, with an increasing density towards the clean air side of the media(progressive design). This structure allows the filter to store paint mist and particles within multiple levels of their 55(mm) thick layer.
According to the DIN 4012 this material is not flammable. The filter mat consists of the finest glass fiber, which is solidified in themselves to fleece on the clean airside. Swach glass fiber pad is a high-quality filter that may be used to meet especially high demands on air purification – such as supply air filter for drying facilities or paint spraying cabins. The mat is non-flammable and consists of thin, interwoven glass fiber with an increasing density towards the clean airside. The media can be used without being coated.
